- Recommended as an add-on therapy for patients with moderate-to-severe AD, but not advised for those with mild AD.
- Elimination Diets:
- Not generally recommended due to unclear benefits and potential risks.
- Systemic Treatments:
- Biologics like dupilumab and tralokinumab are advised for moderate-to-severe AD.
- Oral JAK inhibitors may be considered in refractory cases, with careful patient selection.
