Pincer Nail Treated with Tazarotene 0.1% Gel

35-year-old female .
Presentation
- Nail deformity of the left great toenail.
- Painful walking and difficulty wearing shoes.
Investigations
- Fungal culture excluded onychomycosis.
Management
The patient refused any surgical intervention.
Tazarotene 0.1% gel twice a day was given.
Follow up
After 5 months
- Significant improvement was detected.
